Paul Olivier

Paul joined the family business in 1982, becoming the 3rd generation following his father and grandfather before him. He’s happy to sell, sort out problems, dust and vacuum!


Shane is manager in our Barnard Castle branch, he has been with us for 20 years. He has extensive knowledge and is a great handy man! He has worked in furniture all his life and has picked up invaluable knowledge of products which helps him to guide customers to the most suitable furniture for them.


Sue has been with us for over 19 years, predominantly working in our Richmond branch. She has excellent knowledge and a keen eye for colour. She loves interacting with our customers, using her expertise to help them choose the perfect purchase.


Has been with us for 20 years, he has excellent product knowledge and he is very kind, understanding and patient. Shaun is always pleased to be able to help customers and enjoys being part of the Oliviers Team.


Julie works in our Barnard Castle branch and has worked for us for over 15 years. Julie looks after our accessories including throws, cushions and ornaments. She has an excellent eye for display and what works. She loves engaging with our customers and building a great rapport with them.


Gina works in our Barnard Castle branch. She has a wide range of skills both in the office and shop floor environment. She enjoys working for a family firm where customers and staff really matter. Gina is our computer whizz kid, who looks after our social media, and anything else technological. We’d be lost without her.


Malcolm has been with us for just over a year and is a wealth of experience in sales and life.


Ashley works all over the place, in our warehouse, in sales, on the Delivery team, on our social media and inputting your orders.


Has been with us for 16 years, he predominantly works in our warehouse, ensuring your orders are carefully checked and ready before being sent on there way to your homes. When required, he also helps with the deliveries too.


Adam is a part of our delivery team. He is very experienced having come to us from an established removal firm. He is calm and quiet and always smiling.


Mark is a part of our delivery team. Helping to get your new furniture in your home and exactly where you want it!


Mark is another long serving member of staff, having been with us for over 25 years. He’s our Office Manager and he runs his Cavern Bar in Richmond Town, but which does he prefer?


Heather Works in our Richmond branch, dealing with all the administration that helps to keep everything running smoothly.


Pam works part-time in Richmond, Being our longest serving Administration assistant. She helps keep the office running and your orders moving.


Becca is the newest member of the team working in Administration, always with a smile on her face.
