You should go there people. Their furniture and fittings are excellent and the price is every bit as good as the big boys. Difference then? Their service and attention you what you want is brilliant. They also have an excellent selection of preloved furniture too. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I just wanted to write to you with regards to my visit today to your shop in Barnard Castle.
It was my first dealings with your business, and I have to say the experience was outstanding.
We were greeted on entry and allowed to walk around without been followed or approached every time we paused to look at something! (As happens in chain furniture stores).
Once we had zoned in on a sofa, Shane came across and gave us all the product details and options. Shane was superb and was not pushy in the slightest.
We left the shop to wander around the town, telling Shane we would be back in touch once we had measured up.
We did actually pop in again before heading back to Darlington to re-look at the material options - and again Shane was extremely helpful and non- pushy.
The result was we called Shane at 15:30 to place an order for 2 sofas.
It is not often I send emails to the MD, however I thought my first experience of the business and the personnel was outstanding, and as someone who works in a customer facing sales role I believe it is important to acknowledge excellence.
We will be back for certain, and will recommend your business to friends. I only wish we had come in sooner!
