Sue has been with us for over 15 years, predominantly working in our Richmond branch. She has excellent knowledge and a keen eye for colour. She loves interacting with our customers, using her expertise to help them choose the perfect purchase.

MARK & DAVE

Our delivery drivers, between them have worked for us for over 30 years. They have a wealth of experience delivering furniture into awkward spaces with absolute care. They are nearly always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile when delivering to our customers!

Hubert

Has been with us for 12 years, he predominantly works in our warehouse, ensuring your orders are carefully checked and ready before being sent on there way to your homes. When required, he also helps with the deliveries too.

Works part-time in Richmond, also in administration, helping to keep the office running efficiently.

Mark

Mark is another long serving member of staff, having been with us for over 20 years. He’s our Office Manager, working in Richmond, keeping us all in check!

Shane

Shane is manager in our Barnard Castle branch, he has been with us for 20 years, has a wealth of knowledge and, bonus! he’s a great handy man too.He has worked in furniture all his life and has picked up invaluable knowledge of products which helps him to guide customers so they end up with the most suitable furniture for them.

Gina Russell

Gina works in our Barnard Castle branch. She has a wide range of skills both in the office and shop floor environment. She enjoys working for a family firm where customers and staff really matter. Gina is our computer whizz kid, who looks after our social media, and anything else technological. We’d be lost without her.

Shaun

Has been with us for 20 years, he has excellent product knowledge and he is very kind, understanding and patient. Shaun is always pleased to be able to help customers and enjoys being part of the Oliviers Team.

Julie

Julie works in our Barnard Castle branch and has worked for us for about 13 years. Julie looks after our accessories including throws, cushions and ornaments. She has an excellent eye for display and what works. She loves engaging with our customers and building a great rapport with them.
